The gutters were clogged, dirty and not draining properly. Imagine all the weight they are bearing from the dirt and debris, especially when it rains. Not good.

Probably lots of discoloration from car exhaust, smoke from burning leaves and other environmental contaminants as well. The customer had a lot of doubt that the roof would come clean.

Concrete pool deck that was in desperate need of cleaning. It can get slippery when it's wet, due to a thick algae build-up. This can be very unsightly for your guests to look at.

One of the worst roofs we've ever seen. This is what can happen if neglected for too long. This moss holds water like a sponge and over time can can cause non reversible damage to your roof.

It almost looks like the roof has green carpet. We urge you to call us at first sight of this green moss, so we can safely remove it before more damage is done to the roof. This one is already almost too far gone to restore.

Upon multiple treatments, and time, we were able to remove the moss growth. Once removed, you're able to see the pitting where granules were eaten away by the living organisms! It still looks so much better, and there was no use of high pressure used to clean it up.

There may be a few years left in this roof, however, the moss was very damaging. We saved the customer a replacement roof for now, but this is rare due to all the infestation and growth.

Heights are no problem for us! We routinely clean 2-3 stories up while only using gentle pressure.

In the process of renovating, we had to clean it before doing any touch-up painting or work on the trim, etc.

We were able to get it so clean, it may not need to be painted again.

This garage roof was badly discolored with black algae streaking.

In the process of a soft wash cleaning in which our foaming agents help thicken the mix, so it stays up there long enough to kill and dissolve the organic growth. This is what allows us to rinse with very low water pressure.

The end result of our soft wash leaves the roof looking new and able to stay clean for years to come. We guarantee all roof cleanings for three years!

We took on another tall, two story with a walk-out basement. This siding was in bad shape.

It is so caked on, high pressure washing won't touch it and creates a risk for damage. This place needs a good soft wash bath.

No problem, looks like new after a soft wash and we didn't even need a ladder!

We love our job and restoring properties, it's so rewarding. Our homes are our biggest asset and appearance is so important. Everything just looks better when its clean!

This tile roof was infested with black algae, mustard algae and lichen growth, over 25 years old.

A front porch deck we had finished cleaning and restoring a few days prior, and are in the process of applying TWP Cedartone transparent oil stain to.  We always advise customers to stay with a penetrating oil stain as they allow the beauty of the wood to show through, do not build up a film on surface and are easy to maintain for years to come.

The wood is now protected and beautiful!

It has made a big improvement in curb appeal! 

This church exterior is usually maintained by the in house crew but this siding is so high they called us to clean it!

Not an easy one but we got it clean, that peak is much higher than it looks. Hard work always pays off!
